Once placing an order at Proven Sarms, you will receive an email about the payment methods we offer. As soon as you validate your payment, we will dispatch your order within 24hrs of payment.
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible from when we receive your payment. During weekend and bank holidays we will always dispatch your order the following business day.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you your tracking number. This will be with one of our courier companies such as, royal mail, DHL and Parcelforce.
Standard delivery time is around 2 to 5 business days depending on which country and what delivery service you choose. International shipping needs 5 or 25 working days. This will depend on the destination country.
Sometimes, the process may take more time, especially recently with the COVID-19 pandemic, some customs and couriers are taking longer due to local and national restrictions.
At Proven Sarms, approximately 5% of all orders don’t go past customs. If you find out your parcel is stuck in customs; please contact our customer service team. We try our best to help you retrieve your parcel from customs. Custom issues are very rare.
If your order is damaged during transit please he contact our customer services as soon as possible. At Proven Sarms, please present your claim within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
If you receive your order with a missing item. Please contact us to send the missing product for free.
Please always check your shipping address, we do not offer refunds or reshipments for customers who have used the wrong shipping address.
For orders that have not been sent out for delivery, you can cancel your order. Don’t forget we ship orders on a weekday within 24hrs so please let us know ASAP when you would like to cancel the order.
