At Proven Sarms we take the privacy our of our customers very seriously. The only information we use is when you administrate your account.

When submitting a form on our contact form, your full name and email address is used so we can correspond with you.

All data is kept on the website’s database; we do not keep any copies of data. We are GDPR certified and compliant; your information is safe and protected with us.

Cookies will last for one year. When creating an account, a temporary cookie is set, to see if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains absolutely no personal data. To discard this cookie, close your browser.

Cookies are also used to save login info, and screen display preferences. Login cookies last two days, but screen preferences last up to a year.

“Remember Me”, your login will remembered for two weeks. When you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Some pages on Proven Sarms include embedded content, for example, images and photos. Embedded content that has come from third=party websites behaves the same way. Just as if the visitor has visited the other website.

We use Google Analytics to collect data, such a how many visitors we have had to the site. Google has a data processing amendment to be compliant with changes to GDPR. ANY data sharing elements have been disabled. We only use Google Analytics, no other google services.

Freedom of Information request

Below we show you all of the data stored on our website. Select the data you wish the site owner to anonymise so it cannot be linked to your email address any longer. It is the site owners responsibility to act upon your request. When your data is anonymised you will receive an email confirmation.

Request Table & Rights of Data subject.

Right to Erasure RequestsThe Data Subject (you) can submit a request to be erased from the site. When a request is made, the Data Subject will receive an email confirmation to confirm the deletion request. After email confirmation, the user request is added to the requests table for review by the Administrator. If the Data Subject has content published on the site for any post types or comments, they will be added to this table. If they do not have any content, they will receive a confirmation of erasure request and be provided with a 6 digit Token for safekeeping after erasure in case of recover data needs. The requests table allows the Administrator to reassign any content to another user or delete it. In the event of comments, the Data Subject’s content would be made anonymous. Admin can also manually add users to the erasure requests table with a manual email search.

Rights to Access Data Request & User Data Portability

The Data Subject can place a request to download their data.

After requesting their data, the user will receive a double opt-in confirmation email then the plugin will generate an XML or JSON file, which will be emailed to them for download with an expiration time of 48 hours.

Right to Rectify & Complaint Request

The Data Subject can place a request to rectify data or file a complaint.

After making their request, the user will receive a double opt-in confirmation email and then add them to the table for admin to handle the request.

Email Marketing

We use email marketing to keep you up to date as well as newsletters.

Each of our mailshots is fully GDPR Compliant and will contain an opt-out notification if you no longer want to receive them.
